Meditation: Journey Without Movement
Meditation is a journey inward. Yet it is often misunderstood, appearing mysterious or difficult to access. In reality, it is a simple, practical, and systematic process that anyone can learn. It is not about engaging in an internal dialogue, analysing thoughts, or conducting a question-and-answer session with ourselves. Nor does it depend on rituals or beliefs. Rather, meditation involves stilling the body, withdrawing attention from the senses, cultivating awareness of the breath, and learning to gently steady and direct the mind.
